Glycemic Index & Glycemic Load GI-GL Food Chart Helps with Diabetes Meal Planning
This GI-GL chart from the 3-in-1 Death to Diabetes Cookbook provides the glycemic index (GI) and glycemic load (GL) values of selected foods. Foods with higher glycemic index values are in red and at the top of the chart, while foods with lower glycemic index values are in green towards the bottom of the chart.
GI is a measure of how fast a food increases your blood sugar -- the higher the number, the faster that specific food increases your blood sugar.
GL is equal to the Glycemic Index times No. of Grams of Carbohydrates divided by 100. This is the measure of the blood sugar raising power per serving of food.
Note: Use this chart in conjunction with the popular Power of Juicing guide/booklet and the Glycemic Index & Glycemic Load Low GI-GL Diet Booklet to optimize the use of the GI chart. This will help to more effectively control and stabilize your blood sugar and hemoglobin A1C to gradually reverse your Type 2 diabetes.
Included with this chart is an additional (larger) GI/GL chart of 100+ foods and a list of the top low-carb vegetables and fruits.

If you're diabetic, you don't have to keep relying on drugs that you know aren't really helping you in the long run. At least try the juicing book or detox book to get you started.
