If you want to improve your health with raw juicing in order to help reverse your diabetes, there are 7 critical things that you must do:

  1. Follow a superior plant-based diet such as the Death to Diabetes Nutritional Program.
  2. Juice on a regular basis, i.e. 2 to 4 times a day.
  3. Use the right recipes to ensure you're juicing properly.
  4. Use a high quality juicer and/or blender.
  5. Don't rely strictly on juicing alone.
  6. Drink the juice 25-30 minutes before meals, not with meals.
